What my time off social media taught me!

Stepping back from social media has been a game-changer for me. I took 3 months off to just relax and honour my body. And honestly, I didn't realize how much I needed a break until I took it. It's like I've peeled off this heavy layer of pressure and finally allowed myself to take a deep breath.

In the past, I was all about the numbers game—obsessing over followers, likes, and comments. I felt this constant pressure to hit certain milestones, as if my worth was tied to these digital metrics. But you know what? That's not living—it's exhausting.

Taking this break has been eye-opening. I've stopped caring about the numbers. I've stopped letting them dictate my sense of self-worth. And let me tell you, it's been a huge relief. I feel lighter, more at ease with myself.

Instead of chasing after some arbitrary goal, I've shifted my focus to what truly matters: being present, enjoying the little things, and nurturing genuine connections. And you know what's funny? The less I worry about impressing others, the happier I feel. It's like I've finally given myself permission to just be me.

So yeah, I'm over the whole vanity metrics thing. I'm done measuring my happiness by likes and comments. I'm embracing my imperfections and finding joy in the real, unfiltered moments of life.

I had to go through many ups and downs to heal. It took me a long time to get there, it was a process, it didn't happen overnight. I had to learn that caffeine was a big 'no no' in my body and was the cause of a lot of my issues. I had to learn to put myself first and create self-love before I could finally heal. It really was a combination of mind, body and spirit that really helped me heal. And that's what I teach. I want you to heal in every way! I want you to feel the best you've ever felt!
