For years, I battled chronic bloating and faced physical and emotional issues, trying everything externally to heal with little success. It wasn't until I hit rock bottom and suffered a nervous breakdown at 29 that I realized true healing comes from within.
Through a combination of mind, body, and spirit work, I was able to transform my life. I reconnected with my body, made myself a priority, and nourished my physical and emotional needs. I let go of unhealthy habits and embraced my true self.
